Gravely ill in his Tucson hotel room, Bill left his body and saw himself as a purple aura above his body. Bill describes a journey that continued from there where he transformed into a beautiful beam of light, being guided by three guardian angels including one who was his deceased brother, Peter. In his interview with Next Level Soul, he describes hearing his brother’s voice perfectly and instantly recognizing the familiarity of his own brother’s voice. These beings revealed to him where we come from and why we are here. Like many, he felt “at home” on the other side, enveloped in love and having no interest in returning to his body. And also like so many, he says that the love and forgiveness he experienced helped him to live his life differently after his Near-Death Experience.

During this NDE, his guardians (who he names as Antonia and his own pre-deceased brother, Peter) showed him many things that he had done and experienced, which in Bill’s case were many good things and blessings he had been given in life, but also some of the less desirable things he had done. He also tells the story of a miracle he himself had been part of and which he witnessed again from multiple perspectives in his NDE. 

“You feel everything,” he says, “because in my life review and in the Hall of events you are back in our physical body. Other than that… we're completely in our spiritual form.”

They showed him many of the good things he did, but “then they switched it over,” he says. There were childhood incidents but one that stood out for him was his divorce. 

I had left my first wife and I have a two year old son at the time, you know, being selfish and young and dumb. You know, I admit to that. I was And it was just a bad thing to do. At the time when I actually did it in real life. I didn't feel it. But I actually, on all these things they were showing me, I started feeling some pain more. And the pain kept on evolving like growing inside of me, and I'm in my physical body, and I'm feeling mental pain, and through a point physical pain. And when they showed me her pain, and my son's pain, it just got so high of a level of pain, that I felt I became their pain. I physically became the pain it was that bad. And they showed me a few other things after that, and I got to a point where I said, I can't take it, please, please forgive me. I can't take it. And I remember all this greatness dropping off

In his time of the afterlife, he is with three guardian angels, one of them named Antonia, who says, “Bill, look at yourself.” 

"And I remember looking at myself… in this misty green flowing freeform. Now I'm a beam of beautiful light, I look like them! I'm a beam. And it's, it's unbelievable. And the knowledge I was feeling pouring into my mind was incredible. I'm collecting all this wisdom."

Then his brother Peter announces a third guardian, who had been with Bill his whole life. “And I didn't know what he meant by that. But when Oren spoke to me, I knew what he meant. You know. We all go through our lives with this heavy intuition sometimes. And I always describe Oren as the angel that sat on that shoulder, and he let me know what the right path to go was, and what right choices to make, versus wrong, choices to make in my life.” Bill then goes into a hall of crystals.
